Sign Service and Maintenance

Blair Sign Company realizes that there will be times that a sign will need repaired and maintained. We have set up a dedicated team to handle your account once the installation has occurred. This team consists of a group of talented individuals who will ensure that any issue you are having gets taken care of in a prompt manner.

If you are having issues with a sign - if the lights have burned out, or perhaps it was damaged from a bad storm, our service department is here to help.

Emergency Response Service

We all hope that disaster never strikes, but just in case it does, Blair operates an Emergency Response Service 24 hour per day, 365 day per year. The number for this free service is made available to our customers, and the call representative on duty maintains a list of Blair personnel that can field any emergency situation involving our products. They will contact the appropriate Blair personnel to return the call and, if needed, to get crews on location as quickly as possible.

Blair's service reps will select the most appropriate field personnel based on geography, skills, equipment and immediate availability. This will be the best combination of Blair crews and/or members of Blair's Installation Network, which covers the entire country with 140 primary installers and hundreds of additional local subs in remote areas.
