Blair Sign’s project management group is headed by our VP of Project Management, who directs a team of 45 project managers, project coordinators, service coordinators, and CAD and design professionals.
The Project Management group is responsible for all customer contact. They enter information into our system immediately to drive our engineering, manufacturing and installation groups. The primary focus of this team is to ensure that customer requirements are achieved and all projects are tracked from start to completion. The account team is accessible via phone, although email is often frequently used to pass information back and forth. Additional Internet access can also be set up if desired.
Information Control
Our project management software is designed, written and maintained in-house. This software allows us to e-mail customized, detailed information to customers as frequently as needed. This system also provides a web interface for additional accessibility by our customers. Access to this system provides all relevant project tracking information, including job statuses and site photos. Our Babylon system tracks over 350 variables critical to making sure all projects are handled smoothly. We can track any desired performance measure to ensure we work together as one team.
