Blair Fixtures & Millwork provides an array of services for restaurants, convenience stores, clothing retailers, game & video stores, assisted living facilities, hospitals, dialysis centers and bank facilities. Through its several divisions and sister companies collectively doing business as The Blair Companies, Blair fabricates, installs and maintains signs, fixtures and kiosks, distributes lighting and performs electrical, networking and construction and store maintenance services.

Company Experience

Blair Fixtures & Millwork has provided a quality product to our customers for over 20 years. Many of our employees have over 15 years service and take extreme pride in their work. A very large percentage of our management team has been promoted from within which gives us a strong technical background for any concept that your project may require.

No job is "too little" nor "too large" for Blair Fixtures & Millwork. We have successfully completed large projects such as manufacturing and coordinating the delivery of 200 Baker 's Nook fixtures for a Ponderosa program which had to meet USF specifications and 2000 BNE's for General Nutrition Center in which UL certification was required. In this program, using the versatility of our companies, we manufactured at our facility, coordinated and managed the deliveries, the installation and the electrical hook ups for this project. Throughout these rather large programs, we were able to maintain flexibility to insert other smaller jobs into our production schedule and meet customer demands. Customer satisfaction, along with quality, are top priorities at Blair Fixtures & Millwork. Nothing else is acceptable.

From the initiation of your project, Blair Fixtures & Millwork's project management handles the entire project starting with customer contact, working with the architect, having shop drawings approved, insuring the customers needs are met during the manufacturing and where necessary, coordinating installations.

Project Management

Blair Fixtures & Millwork project management team ensures that your program is given the attention that it deserves. We track your project from the time the order is submitted, progressing through manufacturing, loading, delivery and when required ensuring installation is complete. Customer satisfaction is the primary concern to Blair Fixtures and Millwork.

Our project management team is accessible via phone, although email is often frequently used to pass information back and forth. Additional Internet access can also be set up if desired. Our project managers cell phone numbers are available to ensure problems can be handled as required during non-working hours.

Blair's Strenths

One of Blair's greatest assets is our flexibility. We have branched out to include electrical services, national rollouts, and all forms of millwork and signage to serve the needs of our customers. Our culture, systems, and processes, developed through fifty years of internally generated growth, are geared around serving the needs of our customers. We approach every challenge with the attitude of what can we do to make life simpler for our customers. This is evident in the flexibility of our job tracking and reporting systems. Rapid turn-around of and product is another benefit of this can-do attitude.

Quality Assurance

Blair makes every effort to ensure that problems do not arise. In the event that they do, our quality process ensures that they are corrected quickly and that they do not arise again. Blair's Quality Assurance has been developed in-house by our own employees. Blair's training program begins the day a new employee is hired. Quality, Productivity and Safety Standards are established for all employees.

If there are any quality issues that may arise, our General Manager, Project Manager, Engineering Manage and Shop Supervisor will determine the cause, how to rectify and avoid this type of situation in the future. We will pinpoint the problem and also discuss with the employee on the floor, methods of what was done in the past and what will be done in the future. This may be as simple as additional training or as cumbersome as changing the process of manufacturing your product but you have our guarantee that it will not happen again. Our project manager will then inform the customer as to the cause and resolution of the problem.

With a large portion of our work force having over 10 years experience, our quality is of the highest standards. We always give forth that extra effort.
